Today I was treated to a field trip (woot woot!)
I packed my backpack (camera bag) and headed off to the hills to meet up with Charlie from The Natural Wedding Company at Lantallack. Charlie is part way through her mighty West Country road trip during which she’s meeting up with lots of vendors (like me 🙂 ) You can follow Charlie’s journey on her blog.
Lantallack is comprised of a number of buildings and can cater for weddings of up to 175 people. Indeed, they’ve recently launched a new and rather brilliant initiative offering run-away weddings which will allow them to do small weddings all year round (should they wish. At the mo they operate in the summer months and hunker down and enjoy family time over the winter)
The farm is near the Tamar Valley (yup, that’s where I live) and Saltash. (Think Plymouth but the other-side of the river Tamar and you’ll have a rough idea of location).
Lantallack is very lovely (see below) and the family are incredibly friendly. I could happily move in tomorrow. We were somewhat betrayed by the weather (damn you!) as it’s been glorious here recently but – hey – at least it didn’t rain.
